Hello Gardening World...
I am finally back to my blog. I've missed it tremendously, but I now have a full time job with insurance and everything, and the sun is shining and the gardening itch is back. It never really went away, but the unpredictably long rainy season squelched the urge to dig my fingers into the soil (aka mud).
So I have several in-process projects and a couple finished-last-summer projects to share and update as time allows. But first things first, I have a local gardening interest calendar to update on the blog too! I hope you'll forgive my absence and we can start playing in the sun, shade and soil again this year!

Community Seed Exchange Event: August 29, 2009
Here's a great event for gardeners in West Sonoma County!
"The West County Community Seed Bank invites all interested gardeners to share locally grown, open pollinated, pesticide and GMO-free seeds, plants, resources and local gardening information." - from the Sonoma County Gazette 8/13/09 edition
The group doesn't have it's own website up and running yet, so here are three posts from previous events:

The dates at these posts are old, but the event is the same each month.
